A federal court in San Antonio, Texas, sentenced a Mexican national to 27 years in prison for leading an international methamphetamine trafficking conspiracy. U.S. Attorney Justin Simmons said the defendant violated immigration, drug, and firearms laws, and credited law enforcement partners and prosecutors involved in the case.
