A viral Wall Street Apes post on Michigan’s voter rolls (above) is the latest flashpoint in a fight that is older than the last three election cycles: dirty lists, mail ballots that follow the dead, same-day registration with almost no hold, and a partisan split over whether those rules are “access” or an invitation to cheat.
The post, published this morning, quotes Michigan Rep. Rachelle Smit describing a clerk-level nightmare. She says she removed a deceased voter in her township and the name came back. A relative who had been dead nearly 20 years, she says, was put on the rolls and mailed voter applications without authorization. The same post cites an investigation claiming tens of thousands of dead Michigan registrants, most marked “active,” including thousands dead for a decade or more.
Those numbers are not invented for a tweet. They track analyses by the Public Interest Legal Foundation and related litigation: on the order of 25,000–27,000 likely deceased names, thousands dead five, ten, or twenty years, a large share still coded active. Courts later said Michigan’s list-maintenance program was still “reasonable” under the National Voter Registration Act. The Supreme Court declined to take the case. That is the legal outcome. It is not the same as saying the list is clean.
Michigan’s corrupt Democratic secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, points to weekly matches against the Social Security death index, ERIC reports, and more than 600,000 death cancellations since 2019. The state says it is among the more active jurisdictions at removing the dead. An auditor general review of 2020 found a small number of ballots tied to people who were dead on Election Day, almost all of them people who died shortly before the election, and clerks rejected thousands more. Long-dead names on a file and ballots actually counted in those names are not the same thing. Mail applications landing at old addresses are still a real failure mode. But don’t look at the hundreds of thousands of fake votes registered to parking lots and other illegal locations. All of these votes all go Democrat, amazingly. Don’t look at the illegals voting, all with driver’s licenses for this very purpose. The Democrats have every base covered.
That is the Michigan pattern: messy rolls, mail that does not know who is buried, political control of the secretary of state’s office, and a running argument over whether “reasonable maintenance” is good enough when ballots can be requested by mail. And never forget – the dead vote Democrat 99% of the time! It is their most loyal voter block, used at will to always win any contest along with their other fake ballots. Their fake ballots are the bigger problem, and Deep State hack jobs to steal votes from any Republican and add to the Democrat totals have been shown over and over.
The Minnesota machine is different. It is written into statute.
Two days earlier, the same account laid out Minnesota’s rules: a registered voter can vouch for up to eight people; same-day registration is allowed; those ballots are treated as regular ballots and mixed into the count instead of being held as provisionals until eligibility is checked. That description of the law is accurate. Conservative activists, including James O’Keefe’s team, tested the vouching process in Minneapolis during the primary. We know massive fraud is ready, willing and able to defeat any candidate thy want. This is why Democrats see the Save America Act as the worst thing that can happen to them. It takes away huge voting blocks that they rely on to steal elections all over the nation. Which is why RINOS are helping them keep the fraud in place. Thune of the Senate, the supposed Republican leader is hated by MAGA as he is a tool of the Deep State and cares not for anything voters want. Typical Democrat disguised a Republican. They are an infestation in our nation.
What the cases actually show — and what they don’t
The Heritage Foundation’s election-fraud database, a supposed conservative sampling of proven cases (you know the ones they ALLOW to be seen since they are so few), sits at about 1,619 instances nationwide across many years: convictions, judicial findings, civil penalties, official findings. That is not zero. It is also not a hidden army large enough, by itself, to explain every close race in every blue state. Heritage itself presents the list as evidence of vulnerability (they claim), not a complete census of undetected crime. Analyses that use the same database put proven noncitizen voting in the low dozens to low hundreds over decades. Which we know is total BS. Leftist Reuters found 73 federal convictions for alien voting over 30 years. Isolated charges continue. Michigan Fair Elections Institute reports the attorney general has reviewed 38 noncitizen-voting cases, with six charged so far. We’ve shown in Fulton County Georgia alone, they used a minimum of 300K fake votes to defeat Trump. Then we all saw how Pennsylvania had to pop out over a million fake votes to defeat Trump in 2020. But the media and the authorities play their same game over and over with their same lies, as they are protecting voter fraud in the hopes of the Democrats and Deep State destroying Trump and the Republicans in a few months.
Federal claims in 2026 that more than 250,000 noncitizens were registered in California, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania were preliminary. States disputed the methodology. In Nevada, after manual review, DHS publicly confirmed 185 noncitizens on the list while thousands of other names were still being checked. Large match lists are not the same as 250,000 illegal votes. They are a reason to finish the audit instead of declaring victory or declaring a hoax.
Why the fight maps onto party control
The practical reforms are boring and specific: proof of citizenship at registration, photo ID at the poll or with the mail ballot, real provisional holds for same-day registrants, faster death and interstate-move matching, and criminal referral when a dead or noncitizen name is used. Those are fights in Congress (SAVE) and in Lansing, St. Paul, and Sacramento. The Wall Street Apes posts are useful as a billboard. They are not a substitute for the case file.
