The jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial resumed deliberations this morning, as Judge William Sullivan said he won’t question a juror who the defense argued is a holdout. There is no indication the juror has refused to deliberate, Sullivan said.
A jury note to the judge yesterday indicated they are split 11 to 1. Clancy’s attorney Kevin Reddington had said one juror “refuses to listen to the law” on reasonable doubt and asked that the person be removed from the jury.
