‘The Odyssey’ director Christopher Nolan shared insight into working with his wife Emma Thomas and their four kids, Flora, Oliver, Rory, and Magnus on the film. "They had a lot of fun, and it was great to have them along,” the director shared exclusively to E! News. Though Nolan’s children previously made cameos in his films like ‘Inception’, ‘Interstellar’, and ‘Oppenheimer’, the Oscar winner emphasized that they "weren’t doing the glamorous jobs" this time around. "I’d sort of look behind a boat at sea," Nolan recalled with a chuckle, "see a guy in a wetsuit maneuvering the boat and realize it was one of my sons." And it was especially poignant for the 55-year-old to have his kids on set. As Nolan put it, "The Odyssey is a family story. And so—when you’re engaging with it creatively, emotionally—you do think a lot about your own life and your own relationships."
