Bodycam footage shows veteran Michigan judge John Chmura struggling through a field sobriety test after allegedly crashing into a SMART bus in Sterling Heights. Prosecutors say the 63-year-old, who has served on the bench for more than three decades, rear-ended the bus before officers arrived and captured the dramatic encounter on camera.
