ICE officials in San Antonio, Texas say they were conducting a traffic stop Tuesday to arrest Robyn Argote Brooks, a Cuban national alleged to be in the United States unlawfully. According to the Department of Homeland Security, Brooks refused commands to exit his vehicle and attempted to flee by reversing at full speed, nearly striking an ICE officer.
