The public is getting the first glimpse of the 19-year-old suspect in Staten Island who allegedly decapitated his mother’s boyfriend on Monday. In the newly released video, the teen is seen being wheeled out of an NYPD precinct on a gurney, still bloodied and wearing a Tyvek suit.
