FBI Director Kash Patel went off on Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) after Booker accused Patel of "failing as a leader" of the nation’s top law enforcement agency.
"If the FBI, under my seven-month leadership, were failing this administration and this country, why do we have 2,300 violent felons arrested this year alone?" snapped Patel, who also touted stats that indicated the bureau has seized around 6,000 weapons, arrested 1,500 child predators and captured 1,600 kilograms of fentanyl — enough drugs to kill one-third of all Americans.
