The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for two top Taliban officials in Afghanistan: Supreme Leader Hibatullah Akhundzada and Chief Justice Abdul Hakim Haqqani. The charges? The persecution of women and girls. Afghan women are happy about the charges, but their situation isn’t about to change overnight.
