Democratic party opposition lawmakers in Albania caused a stir during the country’s parliamentary session on Thursday by lighting flares and blue smoke bombs.
The party was speaking out in support of student-led demonstrations that have spread across the country. Protesters have been demanding that Prime Minister Edi Rama resign.
