Powerful back-to-back earthquakes in Venezuela have so far killed at least 32 people and injured around 700 others. The twin quakes, measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude, struck the coastal town of Moron, west of the capital, causing buildings to collapse in Caracas. Authorities have declared a state of emergency as rescue teams race to find survivors. Kristina Simich reports.
