Talks between the United States and Iran are expected to resume next week, according to Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Speaking at Kuwait City airport, Rubio said he believed technical negotiations would restart on June 29 or 30, likely in Switzerland. He noted that discussions had been divided into working groups and would continue at that level, with U.S. experts on nuclear energy and sanctions from multiple agencies expected to participate.
