Two men were arrested after improvised explosive devices were thrown during clashes between an anti-Islam protest and counterprotesters near Gracie Mansion on Saturday, March 7.
Police said an 18-year-old counterprotester threw two devices toward demonstrators and officers before being taken into custody, as tensions escalated between the rival groups.
