Deputies with the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office rescued a man from a burning vehicle following a multi-car crash on Interstate 95 that sent one vehicle into a wooded area. When they arrived, they found the car engulfed in flames and the driver ejected nearby, unable to move. Deputies immediately pushed through brush and pulled the man to safety. St. Johns County Fire Rescue also responded, and the Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
