The US secretary of state Antony Blinken has arrived in Doha for the latest round of Middle East peace talks.
Mr Blinken says Israel has accepted his ceasefire deal in what he calls a final bridging proposal.
He says "Time is of the essence because with every passing day the well-being and lives of the hostages are in jeopardy."
