A federal agent shot and killed a man who was allegedly brandishing a gun while officers in Minneapolis were attempting to arrest an illegal criminal migrant Saturday morning, the Department of Homeland Security said. Shots rang out in Minneapolis early Saturday after federal police tried to subdue a man who was waving around a gun, according to law enforcement sources and video posted to social media. A 39-second clip showed about half a dozen cops struggling with someone on the sidewalk in front of a donut shop at 26th Street and Nicollet Avenue, when the gunfire erupted.
