Officers shot and killed an armed suspect near a YMCA parking lot on Saturday, July 11th, in Austin, Texas. 29-year-old Emmanuel Diaz threatened runners in a park according to a distress call. The argument between Diaz and the runners escalated when they asked Diaz to slow down on his electric scooter, which Diaz responded by shouting and drawing his gun.
