Joseph Dugger, 31, was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to multiple law enforcement departments. The charge stemmed from a 2020 incident in which the ’19 Kids and Counting’ alum allegedly molested a 9-year-old girl during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, Fla., the Bay County Sheriff’s Office of Florida said in a statement March 18.
