Disturbing footage shows a cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” terrorizing a New York City apartment building where he’s been living rent-free for more than a year, threatening neighbors with weapons and masturbating in the hallway. Footage released by the Oklahoma City Police Department shows bodycam and drone video of officers responding to a domestic dispute report on April 8th after the suspect fled the scene. When officers arrived, the suspect pointed a gun at OKCPD officers and attempted to fire, but missed. The suspect then fled, but was later located using drone surveillance. A mom has met the transplant recipient who received her daughter’s hand, saying she would be “over the moon” to know she’s made such a difference.
