A video captured the heart-wrenching moment a young mom realized her 7-month-old daughter had been shot by a stray bullet while pushing the tot in a stroller through Brooklyn Wednesday. The security footage from an East Williamsburg bodega obtained by The Post captured the gutting scene when mother Lianna Charles-Moore first noticed her baby girl had been struck by a bullet inside her stroller.
