Migrants lined up to fill water bottles at a Spanish army distribution point in Ceuta on Sunday as the humanitarian response continued following a massive border surge from Morocco. A sightseeing plane carrying foreign tourists crashed near Peru’s Nazca Lines on August 1, killing all 13 people on board, authorities said.
