French citizens are furious after learning an 11-year-old girl’s death could have been prevented if authorities had acted faster on arresting a known child molester. Lyhanna’s body was found on farmland a week after she disappeared from school. Authorities arrested a 41-year-old man named Jérome B, the father of a girl who is friends with Lyhanna.
