White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said that she is not aware of any plan by President Trump to deploy ICE agents around polling locations in November. Asked about comments by Steve Bannon suggesting ICE would “surround the polls,” Leavitt said she has never heard the president consider such an idea and emphasized that no formal plans have been discussed, calling the question a “silly hypothetical” and “disingenuous.”
