Donald Trump delivered remarks at the National Prayer Breakfast at the Washington Hilton. It was his sixth time attending the breakfast which brings together lawmakers to gather and pray. Other people who attended were House Speaker Mike Johnson, singer Jelly Roll and Attorney General Pam Bondi. While speaking, President Trump recounted the firestorm he created when he previously joked about not making it to heaven and concluded that he’s likely going to make it. He also lamented how he has to work the phones with about nine rebellious House Republicans during critical votes and blasted Libertarian-leaning Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) as a "moron."
