Wild CCTV footage shows the moment a rocket propelled grenade, or RPG, was fired in an attempt to assassinate a mayor in the Philippines on January 25th. Mayor Akmad Ampatuan’s black SUV could be seen being struck in a separate clip, in which the car thankfully was able to make a getaway.
According to the regional government, the mayor was unharmed, and two members of his security were injured.
