B came forward with her claim in the 2025 book ‘Love, Freddie,’ written by Lesley Ann Jones. In the book, B—also known as “BiBi,” the alleged nickname Freddie had for her, per the Daily Mail—claimed Freddie fathered her during a 1976 affair.
