Bafana Bafana meanwhile managed to beat a tough Angola side, scoring a second goal to make it 2-1. There was more excitement during the final game of the day as the Pharoes faced the Warriors, who waged a tough battle. Zimbabwe opened the scoring, before Omar Marmoush brought it level. At the last minute, Mo Salah made it 2-1, giving Egypt the win.
