The Trump administration is planning to appeal a judge’s order to release Kilmar Abrego Garcia, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed Thursday.
"Does the administration plan to appeal that decision?" a reporter asked Leavitt in a White House briefing. "Absolutely," the White House press secretary responded. "The White House, the administration opposed this activism from a judge who is really acting as a judicial activist, which we’ve unfortunately seen in many cases."
