The commander-in-chief bluntly called the situation "not helpful." The head of Ukraine’s delegation negotiating for Kyiv on Ukraine’s peace plan resigned from office on Friday following a state anti-corruption raid on his apartment — a day before he was scheduled to meet with the US team leading talks to end Russia’s war.
