Whale watchers in Puget Sound got caught in the middle of a harrowing hunt at sea on November 2nd off the coast of Camano Island, Washington. The amateur photographers were taken by surprise when a seal running for its life from a pod of killer whales jumped aboard to narrowly escape certain death. Despite falling back into the water several times, the adorable animal managed to stay aboard long enough for Charvet Drucker to drive the seal far enough away from the danger before it hopped back in the water and swam away.
