The three candidates for NYC mayor — Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani, 34; former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, 67, who’s running as an independent; and beret-wearing GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa, 71 — will debate the issues and sling some mud Wednesday night for the last time before Election Day on Nov. 4.
Calls for Guardian Angels founder Sliwa to drop out of the race have reached a fever pitch, with the nom quitting his radio gig in an on-air shouting match today after even his boss urged him to bow out to up Cuomo’s chances of defeating radical frontrunner Mamdani.
