President Trump explained Wednesday why 11 people were killed rather than detained for allegedly trafficking drugs in a boat off the coast of Venezuela, saying they "won’t be doing it again" and will serve as a warning to others. "You see the bags of drugs all over the boat, and they were hit. Obviously they won’t be doing it again. And I think a lot of other people won’t be doing it again," Trump said in the Oval Office when asked why lethal force was used.
