President Trump has departed from the White House to attend the high-stakes summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Anchorage, Alaska.
He was slated to leave at 6:45 a.m. EST but left later than the given time. He arrived at the jet a few minutes before 8:00 a.m. EST.
He was seen walking up the stairs to the plane and gave a small wave before going inside.
He did not make any comments.
