A 32-year-old Guatemalan man, Ludwin Lopez Hernandez, was arrested in Washington, DC, on an administrative warrant and is now in ICE custody awaiting a deportation decision. “Our officers will not stop until our nation’s capital is safe and prosperous once again,” the agency tweeted alongside video of the arrest.
