The Metropolitan Police in London reported that at least 474 individuals were arrested during a protest in support of Palestine Action. The group was banned in July by the government under the Terrorism Act of 2000, making membership of or support for it a criminal offense, punishable by up to 14 years in prison, the BBC reported.
