Texas Democrats who fled the state in order to hold up the ongoing redistricting vote will now be forced to pick up their paychecks in person, Speaker Dustin Burrows announced. The move comes after civil arrest warrants were issued for the absent members of the house. "Every hour you remain away is time stolen from those Texans in need," Burrows said.
