President Donald Trump on Monday accused Gov. Gavin Newsom of "destroying" California, after Newsom said the state would sue Trump for deploying the National Guard to protests against immigration enforcement in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Trump previously said he would support arresting Newsom, but when asked what crime the governor has committed, he said Newsom’s primary crime is "running for governor because he’s done such a bad job."
