Trump added Thursday that a deal with Ukraine on extracting the war-wracked country’s strategic minerals could be reached next week. We speak to Kyiv Independent reporter Francis Farrell. He says that Ukrainians see the deal as ‘exploitative and typical of Trump’s gangster-like diplomacy.
