Republicans reach agreement to fund government, but support from Democrats still needed

Republican lawmakers say they’ve reached a spending deal to avoid a government shutdown, but they’ll still need to get support from their Democratic colleagues across the aisle. A bipartisan agreement had been found earlier in the week, but it fell apart after President-elect Donald Trump and Elon Musk spoke out against it. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane has more.
