A Chula Vista court delivered a shocking sentence in the case of murderer Larry Millete, including for his father, who suffered several shocks from his "pacemaker" as he advocated for his son.
The shocks were caught live on camera as Larry’s father, Benito, accused his implanted device of "attacking" him on November 2.
