Nvidia (NVDA) has been issued a subpoena from the US Department of Justice as part of an ongoing antitrust investigation, according to a report from Bloomberg News. The report states that officials are concerned that the AI chip giant is making it harder for buyers to switch to other suppliers and is penalizing buyers who don’t use their AI chips exclusively.
