On Monday Russia’s President Vladimir Putin arrived in Mongolia, making it his first trip to an International Criminal Court member state since the court issued a warrant for his arrest last March. The two-day talks are expected to focus on enhancing the relations between the neighboring countries. Obaida Hitto has more.
