Berlin is now seeking the extradition of one Romanian citizen after a secret cache of weapons was discovered last year near the German capital. So far it is not known who hid the weapons, but Germany’s Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt says it is part of a series of new hybrid campaigns targeting Germany, falling short of blaming Russia. DW’s Simon Young joined Sarah Kelly with an update on the case from Berlin.
