Are you living with a casual, comfortable faith, completely insulated from the severe realities of future history? It is easy to ignore what lies ahead when our daily lives feel secure, but Scripture pulls back the curtain on a coming era of unprecedented global upheaval.
In this sobering yet vital class you will undergo a radical spiritual transformation by confronting the raw, staggering scale of the Great Tribulation. John Barnett delivers a concentrated overview of this dark period where half of the world’s population will perish.
You will grapple with the terrifying reality of a world where one thousand people die every thirty seconds, one-third of all vegetation and marine life is wiped out, and the gates of hell are opened to unleash agonizing, demonic torment upon humanity. Confronting this sheer magnitude of divine judgment shatters lukewarm complacency, urging you to trade temporary earthly pursuits for a life of serious, urgent devotion to God.
Yet, this heavy study does not leave you in despair; instead, it anchors your soul in a triumphant, breathtaking hope. Amidst descriptions of global famine and a final war so bloody that splashes reach four feet high, you will discover why God calls His rescue plan for the church the "blessed hope".
Realizing the sheer horror of what believers are graciously saved from transforms your gratitude into an active, burning passion. This hope gives you the perspective to endure today’s light trials with joy, knowing your ultimate rescue is secure.
Take this class today to step out of spiritual slumber, find absolute peace in God’s sovereign protection, and live with an unwavering eternal perspective.
