Japanese homemaker Maki Watanabe is involved in a national effort to ramp up production of eco-friendly jet fuel. Her designated cooking oil drop-off spot at a supermarket is one of 300 others, which are all part of a project named ‘Fry to Fly’. Walid Bin Siraj reports.
