Chairman of the U.S. Commission of Fine Arts, Rodney Mims Cook Jr., attended the St. Petersburg Economic Forum in Russia as a US delegate. Cook had the opportunity to directly address Russian President Vladimir Putin during the forum, letting him know Trump sends a “good hello” from back home. Putin replied, “Thank you for the greetings from Washington. Pass the puck back to President Trump.”
