A sophisticated, 2,000‑foot drug tunnel linking Mexico to California has been uncovered, along with a $45 million cocaine seizure. Four suspects have been arrested. Authorities are calling it a major hit on cartel operations. We discussed this with Sanho Tree, Director of the Drug Policy Project at the Institute for Policy Studies in Washington D.C.
