Israeli forces carried out an air strike on a group of Palestinians gathered near Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza on April 30, resulting in a number of serious injuries. The wounded were transported to Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital for treatment. Israeli attacks have killed more than 800 Palestinians and wounded over 2,300 others since a ceasefire went into effect in October 2025, the Palestinian Health Ministry says.
