Hillsborough County Police deployed a grappler to catch a driver attempting to flee from a traffic stop in Florida. 38-year-old Danny Wilson III had an out of county warrant related to unpaid child support. When police moved to take him into custody Danny attempted to flee the scene. Police dashcam footage caught the moment a grappling device was used to bring the car to a complete stop.
