A demented Queens man who shoved his 64-year-old mom out of a third-floor window shed crocodile tears in court and even blamed her for the sick crime — but couldn’t lie his way out of prison.
George Tsintzelis, 37, was hit with the max sentence of 25 years Wednesday for the shocking 2024 assault, despite having the gall to tell a judge that it was his mom who was mentally ill.
“She did that to herself,” the shameless son said in Queens Supreme Court. “She has mental health issues. It’s not fair that I lose my freedom because of somebody that has mental health issues.
